American National Phlebotomy provides verification for all ANP credentials. Verification of credentials may be completed using this service with immediate feedback by entering a Phlebotomist CPT Number, or their name. Please contact the member to receive their CPT Number. Online results regarding an individual's credential status will include the date of expiration. System results are generated from Official ANP records and can be used in lieu of a letter of good standing. If a letter is still needed for the employee's file, please request directly from the employee as they are able to generate the letter through their ANP Member Portal account.

Please note, the expiration date issued on the certificate is reflective of the two-year cycle that the certification holder must adhere to. 

All certification maintenance requirements must still be met annually. The verification tool above provides the certification date and reflects the current verification status. If the annual requirements are not met, the two-year certificate is no longer valid.
